You could say that it all started in 2003 when Sandrina Fasoli won the first  prize and the 1,2,3 prize at the festival d'Hyeres. At that time she was a third year student at La Cambre in Brussels.In 2006 she won first prize of 'Modo Bruxellae' and then last year Sandrina Fasoli won the largest financial prize in the fashion world, 300,000 EUROS Mango prize. Life changed, she was able to quit her day job and life has been onward and upward since then with her design partener Michael Marson. He was a year behind her at La Cambre.  read more »

I spent the day yesterday as a member of the jury for the Grand Prix de la Creation de la Ville de Paris. Actually there were three prizes. These hats made me smile the minute that I saw them. I liked everything about them from the product to the presentation. Emilie is a 27 year old artist/designer living in Paris. 

That said, actually the white fur hat looks much different in person, for the better.

Brazilian designer Adriana Bertini made five condom dresses which photographers Martine Stig and Viviane Sassen put in their suitcases and travelled to Moscow with them. Stig and Sassen scouted around five locations in Mosow in search of young women — contemporary Cinderallas — to model the outfits. The result, 5 series of photographs.  read more »
