It will be an aptly fashionable Thanksgiving for Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough of Proenza Schouler. "We're growing our own," Hernandez told New York Magazine of the duo's organic farm in Massachusetts where they are harvesting their own holiday turkey. "If you're going to eat meat, you should know where it comes from," he said, adding that the pair has twenty grass-fed, free-range turkeys that they plan to sell.
